Purchased the unit and installed. It works fine. I asked support about some of the features in the manual on the 29th of March and it’s now the 4th May and the only response I’ve got is that they are busy building customer systems. I’ll go back to purchasing off Renogy. Their support is terrible but it’s better than non.
More than expected. Very impressed.
